Product Introduction

Additionally, the hook surfaces undergo non-destructive testing to ensure they are free from defects such as cracks or inclusions, thereby eliminating potential safety hazards at the source. Furthermore, the design of the safety latch is critical. The safety latches on lifting hooks are made from elastic materials that allow automatic resetting and maintain a tight fit against the hook opening. This feature ensures effective prevention of sling detachment even under conditions of swaying or tilting. Some large-sized hooks are also equipped with load limiters that continuously monitor the weight being lifted and issue alerts when the load approaches or exceeds the rated capacity, thus avoiding overloading operations. Finally, the rated lifting capacity of each hook must be clearly marked for easy identification by operators, ensuring compliance during use.
