Under the dual influence of adjusted infrastructure construction pace and continued expansion in overseas demand, sales of the four major categories of crane products showed a divergent trend in July. Crawler cranes recorded a year-on-year growth of 57.5%, with monthly sales reaching 241 units—of which domestic sales climbed 72.2% to 62 units, while exports surged 53% to 179 units. Meanwhile, truck cranes sold 1,358 units, up 9.6% from the previous year, and rough-terrain cranes saw sales rise by 9.1% to 1,787 units. In contrast, tower cranes experienced a 26.9% decline, with 410 units sold during the month. Notably, exports emerged as a key driver of growth for many product categories: for instance, crawler crane exports accounted for 74.3% of their total monthly sales. Market performance across different crane types remained closely tied to their specific application areas—for example, crawler cranes, prized for their ability to handle complex terrains and deliver powerful lifting capacity, have seen strong demand in sectors like large-scale energy projects and port construction.
